How the numbers are worked out

FC DRR is that FC's units sold in the window ÷ the window length. Non-FC DRR is that FC's share of the SKU's non-FBA (self-ship) units. The share is the FC's slice of the same SKU's FBF sales; if the SKU had no FBF sales anywhere, the non-FBA units are split by each FC's share of overall (all-SKU) sales.

Total DRR = FC DRR + Non-FC DRR. SOH = Live on Website from the inventory file. Intransit Units = the sum of Intransit Quantity rows for that FC × SKU across every Shipment Code in the in-transit file.

DOC (days of cover) = (SOH + Intransit) ÷ Total DRR. Target Qty = Total DRR × Required cover. Qty to Supply = Target − SOH − Intransit, floored at zero, rounded up to your min-qty multiple, then dropped if it falls below your don't-process threshold.

Overstock is SOH + Intransit − Total DRR × Overstock days at that FC.
